Ready to lace up your sneakers for something bigger than a workout? Fit to 5K is a unique training program designed exclusively for girls and women who want to transform their physical health while building a powerful mental game.

Whether you’ve never run a mile or you’re looking to get back into a routine, our program welcomes all ages and every ability level. We believe that fitness is the foundation for a successful, vibrant life, and we’re here to help you lay that groundwork in a supportive, non-competitive environment.
