10K Route
Get ready for a course that will challenge and reward in equal measure.
Starting along Enniscorthy's Promenade, the route wastes no time—heading straight into a tough uphill climb through Market Square and up towards Parnell Road. It’s a real test early on, but one that sets you up for what’s to come.
At the top, you’ll turn left onto Parnell Road and be met with a fast, flowing downhill stretch. This is your chance to recover, open up your stride, and make up some ground.
Passing the 1798 Centre, the course then brings you left onto St. John’s Road, where you’ll begin working your way back towards the Promenade. With the finish of each lap in sight, it’s a great section to refocus and push on.
Whether you’re racing for a time or taking on the challenge, this is a route designed to keep things exciting from start to finish.

This fast-paced competitive race takes place on an approx 2.5km closed-road loop through the streets of Enniscorthy, completed over four laps. Starting & Finishing at the picturesque promenade. The lapped format creates an electric atmosphere, bringing runners back through the town centre multiple times and making it ideal for spectators, families, and supporters to watch the action unfold.
Set right in the heart of Enniscorthy and forming a headline event within the wider festival, the race combines serious competition with a vibrant community atmosphere, surrounded by live entertainment, kids’ activities, food, and family events throughout the town.
