After a short and simple Event Organiser registration you can create
your first event using our intuitive event setup wizard which guides you through the event setup
process with convenient defaults allowing you to finish your event setup in minutes. Our system
has many advanced features allowing us to also cater for more complex events.

2. Customise order form
Our system can cater for all genres of events with a dictionary of
default fields per genre for ease of setup. You can also create custom fields and form sections
using our customisable order form.

3. Design your event
Using our event page designer you can quickly upload your
event logos and banners and customise you event color palette to your preferred style.
Our event page preview allows you to design on the fly and publish once design is
finalised. Additionally our eticket designer allows you to design custom tickets with
promotional image content if required.

4. See real-time reports
We offer a complete reporting solution with a suite of
powerful reports available allowing you to analyze your event information in real-time.

5. Manage your orders and Office Mode
Management of your bookings is important. We offer
powerful manage my booking features allowing you to resend order notifications, edit
booking data and much more. Office mode allows you to organize your own office system and sell tickets on-site.
You can easily create orders for multiple events and large groups.

6. Scanning Solutions
We offer a range of mobile scanning solutions.
Using our free smartphone application you can control the access to your event
through the use of the camera on mobile hand-held devices. Our fully integrated
mobile application works alongside your EventMaster account allowing you to scan and
validate your customer tickets providing a convenient and cost effective scanning
solution.

We also offer a scanning solution that allows you to
assign race numbers in real-time to your customer’s registrations during the race no
collection process. This unique solution associates the “Next Available” race no to
the participant’s eticket when both the eticket and race no are scanned and provides
a fast, accurate and convenient process for race no collection.

7. Customer Portal
Any customer who purchased tickets via our service
can sign up and access our customer portal. This portal allows customers to see
their orders and tickets, reprint them or access them on mobile scan-friendly
view for scan purposes. Customers can also generate a receipt for their orders.

8. Money
Our service offers secure and fast card payments via
leading payment providers like Stripe. We support many currencies,
including Euro, US Dollar and others. We also offer unique solution based on
Stripe connect where you can receive your money immediately after an orders has
been purchased. Eventmaster service fee is subtracted automatically as part of
the transaction.
