No Commercial Use

No part of this Web site may be used by our customers or visitors for any commercial purposes such as to assist in the sale of tickets, merchandise, promotional products or services of any kind. You must obtain prior written consent from EventMaster to make commercial offers of any kind.

Use of the Site

You are permitted to use our Web site for the purchase of tickets for events and browsing purposes. You are not permitted to use or send automated bots, scripts, programs or anything of that nature to scan or copy and information from our Web site.


Use of our Fundraising Platform is free to Charities, Organisers and Participants to use.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you choose to onboard your charity/club and subsequently remove your charity from the platform there will be a €150 reconnection charge if you wish to re-onboard.

Fraudulent Transactions

We monitor all data available to us about transactions and movements during the purchase of tickets to closely watch for fraudulent transactions. Any transactions or group of transactions, be them accepted or declined, that are deemed fraudulent will be passed on to relevant legal authorities along with all data we collect about the movements and transactions in questions.

Violation of the Terms

You understand and accept that if you break any of the terms and conditions outlined on this page that EventMaster has the right to terminate your use of this Web site, cancel any outstanding orders you may have with us without refund, remove any content that you have added to any part of our Web site without prior notice to you or anyone else.

Limitation on Liability

In no case, event or circumstances will EventMaster be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits, even if EventMaster has been advised of the possibility of such damages.


You agree to indemnify and hold EventMaster, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable solicitors’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this Web site.

Cancellation and Refunds

All tickets purchased through EventMaster are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any refunds may consist of the face value of tickets purchased only. Refunds can only be made for up to 30 days after the cancelled show date.
