Pulze Festival 5K 

Get ready to kick off the day with the Pulse Festival 5K  — a fun, feel-good event designed for absolutely everyone.

The course is a 5K made up of an approximately 2.5K loop through the scenic town of Enniscorthy. The first section will test you with a challenging uphill stretch — but don’t worry, you can walk, jog, or run it at your own pace. Once you reach the top, it’s a rewarding downhill all the way back toward the loop and finish line… before taking on the challenge one more time!

This isn’t just about racing — it’s about enjoying the experience. Whether you want to walk the course with friends, jog and take it all in, or push yourself for a personal best, this event is for you.

5K Route

Get ready for a course that will challenge and reward in equal measure.

Starting along Enniscorthy's Promenade, the route wastes no time—heading straight into a tough uphill climb through Market Square and up towards Parnell Road. It’s a real test early on, but one that sets you up for what’s to come.

At the top, you’ll turn left onto Parnell Road and be met with a fast, flowing downhill stretch. This is your chance to recover, open up your stride, and make up some ground.

Passing the 1798 Centre, the course then brings you left onto St. John’s Road, where you’ll begin working your way back towards the Promenade. With the finish of each lap in sight, it’s a great section to refocus and push on.

Whether you’re racing for a time or taking on the challenge, this is a route designed to keep things exciting from start to finish.
