We are inviting men to come along and join us for a fun swim programme, that you haven't experienced before! This is in line with European week of sport.

Get ready for an introduction to Swimming and everything it has to offer! Saying "Goodbye" to the old stereotypes surrounding Swimming and kickstart your journey into Aquatic Activities in a fun, supportive environment!

HeSwims is a 30 minute swimming lesson hosted in Cavan Leisure Centre specifically designed for men to build confidence in the water and develop their swimming technique.

• Beginner lessons - 1pm
• Improver lessons - 1.30pm
