Dublin City - TY Assistant Swimming Teacher Course

This course is designed to support and empower teenage girls to get involved in sport through a fun, inclusive, and confidence-building environment. Participants will gain practical swimming teaching skills while developing leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Through a mix of classroom learning and poolside experience, students will build confidence in the water and learn how to support  others in a safe and positive setting. The programme also introduces pathways into further opportunities in sport, coaching, and the leisure industry.

Ideal for teen girls who want to stay active, try something new, and grow in confidence while being part of a supportive community.

Please note: 

As the vetting processing time is now out expired, only 15 year old girls can register - they must still be 15 years of age by the end of the course on 25th of September.

All participants must also complete an online Safeguarding course through Swim Ireland. A discounted code will be provided after registration to book this training.

This is a mandatory requirements for anyone working with children and must be completed prior to participation in the programme.
