Kildare- Ladies's Integration Swim Programme (closed to public)-Waterways Sallins October 2026

Waterways Sallins Ladies' Learn to Swim Programme! Postponed from July- Dates in Oct to be confirmed. 

NB- please note this swim programme is closed to the public. This is for residents of Waterways, Sallins. 

Dive into a healthier you with our 6-week Learn to Swim programme at the K-Leisure Swimming Pool Naas starting in October 2026 for 6 weeks. 

Join us for fun sessions designed to get your confidence up in the water. Led by a certifed and experienced instructor, these classes offer a gentle approach to learning to swim as an adult. 

Please bring the following:

• Swimming Suit
• Hat
• Goggle
• Towel
• Water bottle

Please note that information gathered at the time of registration is shared with Sport Ireland, K Leisure, Kildare Sports Partnership and Kildare County Council Local Authority Integration Team for reporting purposes.
