RENEWALS & NEW MEMBERS

Club secretaries can manually renew members or send invites to athletes to renew their membership for the year securely online - all in one click.

Athletes can access the membership system and renew their membership in minutes without contacting the club.

New members can be added easily via the club secretary portal.

New members can also apply to any club via the front end membership site. The club secretary will receive a notification to review and approve or decline new applications.

CLUB ADMINISTRATION

Administer both renewals and new registrations in the same action by sending invites without the club secetaries manual intervention.

Manage juveniles and senior memberships concurrently.

Setup group discounts (e.g. for families).

Pay immediately or send secure one-click payment link to the members.

DATA MANAGEMENT

Member data is securly saved on the system (GDPR compliant).

Athletes will receive an email invite from the system encouraging them to renew their membership for the coming year. This email will generate a direct link for the athlete to renew and pay for their membership -drastically reducing administration to the club secretary.

Parents have the option to create a profile that manages their children only or the membership for the whole family.

Athletes will receive access to a “Manage My Membership” portal to view their membership history and manage their personal data which reduces clerical errors.

REPORTING & INSIGHTS

The Club board can gain valuable insights into financial breakdowns, membership summaries, athlete reports and the club demographics.

Easily find and view details for single members or family profiles.

REAL-TIME FUNDS TRANSFER

Club membership funds are be deposited to the club account in real-time through online payments via Stripe Connect.

Federation subscription fees are deducted and deposited to the Federation account in real-time.
