Louth-Inclusive Aquafit for Teen Girls (13-17yrs)

Overview: This 6-week Inclusive Aquafit programme is suitable for neurodiverse teen girls (ages 13-17yrs). It will take place in Integral Fitness and Leisure, Boyne Business Park, Drogheda, A92 PY01. The programme starts on Wednesday July 15th at 2.30pm-3.10pm.

Led by an IFAL Aquafit instructor, these classes offer a fun and supportive environment for participants to exercise to music in the water. Don't miss this opportunity to stay active, socialise, and enhance your overall fitness in a fun aquatic environment! Limited spaces available!

Registration Fee: €40 for a 6-week programme

Please bring the following:

• Swimming Suit
• Swimming Hat (One will be provided on the first day)
• Goggle
• Towel
• Water bottle
