John Coghlan based out of Orlando Florida,  former sprints coach to Andre De Grasse, current hurdles coach to 100mH athletes Camancho-Quinn (Olympic Gold ‘20, Bronze ‘24)  and Cyrena Samba-Mayela World indoor Gold ’22 Silver ‘23 and Olympic Silver ‘24  will be sharing his highly sought after technical coaching skills along with Cork’s  Derval O’Rourke, World Indoor 60mH Gold Medallist ’06, European 100mH Silver medallist ’06, ’10,  European indoors 60mH Bronze ’09, ’13

John will focus on session planning for sprint hurdles for October to December,  he will share what has worked for him and his athletes in terms of improving hurdling technique. Derval will talk about how she honed her winner’s mindset to compete and win at the highest level in the world in women’s sprint hurdles.

This is an evening not to be missed. It will begin with a talk open to all coaches and athletes followed by a practical session on the track.  Coaches are welcome to pre request topics they would like to see covered.  You can enter your question in the Details section of registering for this workshop.
