Registration for Day 1 of the AAI Munster Performance Squad 2025. This is for athletes who have been selected to be part of the Performance Squad.
Day 1 of the Invitational Munster Performance Squad :
Venue: Nenagh Indoor Stadium
Date: 4th of October
Time: 11am to 3pm
The AAI Munster Performance Squad 2025 is now open for athletes from U16 - U19 (2025) who have been selected to be part of the Performance Squad ie they have placed in the Top 4 rankings for the 2025 Indoor & /or Outdoor Munster Championships.
This year's Munster Perfmance Squad encourages athlete's coaches to attend and get involved as it will include a focus on the Long Term Development of each athlete, using testing as a tool to monitor development and progress over numerous squad sessions. There will be brief talk on how and why we test along with group specific sessions on conditioning the body during the this GPP phase of training.
More specifc details and times will be emailed to all registered athletes.
