Whether you're looking to conquer your fear of water or build on your overall fitness , we've got you covered with our mens swim programme.
Based at Coolock swimming pool, join us for an 8 week social swim programme, suitable for all levels, starting on the 18th of January running until the 7th March.
sessions will run on:
Thursdays for Men, January 18th until March 7th @1pm - 2pm.
€20 for 8 weeks (pay on week 1)
Please bring the following:
- Swimming togs
- Goggle
- Towel
- Water bottle
- Hat will be provided
