A free 4 week training plan will be issued on June 24th so make sure to sign up in advance!
This event incorporates the National 10M Championships. Entries available until Thursday 18th July or when the event reaches capacity, whichever comes first
Please note non-Athletics Ireland Members will require a One Day Licence to take part in this event. This can be added during registration.
