Level 1-The Level 1 course is focused on the learning to train stage on the LTAD pathway.

- Coaches working at this stage will continue to develop the fundamental skills of the athlete.
- Fun and participation are still the main aims of the course. The course focuses on the development of sports specific skills, learning the correct posture and movements of all running, jumping and throwing events

Dec 9rd - 6pm - 9pm- Theory online via zoom
Dec 11th - 10am-5pm- Practical day 1- MTU Athletics Track, Cork.
Jan 14tht 2022 - 6pm-9pm- Theory online via zoom
Jan 15th 2022 - 10am - 5pm-Practical day 2 MTU Athletics Track Cork.
