We are inviting men to come along and join us for a fun swim programme, that you haven't experienced before! This is in line with Men's Health week.

Get ready for an introduction to Swimming and everything it has to offer! Saying "Goodbye" to the old stereotypes surrounding Swimming and kickstart your journey into Aquatic Activities in a fun, supportive environment!

• 30 minute taster session is hosted in Cavan Leisure Centre
• 15th of June
• Beginner lessons - 11am
• Improver lessons - 11.30am.

Please arrive at the poolside 10 minutes before the sessions start time.
