Important Information;
- 6 week programme in Cavan Complex, Tuesday's 9 am - 10 am
- The cost is €25 ex. booking fee
- Each session involves a 45min Aqua Aerobics session with certified instuctor and life guard
- Goggles are not required
- Bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated
