We are inviting midlife females to come along and join us for a fun aqua aerobics programme, that you haven't experienced before!
Important Information;
- 6 week programme in Cavan Complex, Mondays 1- 2pm
- €25 ex. booking fee
- Each session involves a 45min Aqua Aerobics session with certified instuctor and life guard
- Open to those aged 18 years and over.
- Participants receive swim hats, menopause and swimming informational pamphlet and drawstring bag as part of booking.
- Please wear appropriate swim wear e.g. secure bikinis or swim suits to allow for movement
- Goggles are not required.
- Bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated
