Eventmaster are a leading online event ticketing and registration platform provider. Eventmaster provide a ticketing platform to a diverse range of events in Ireland ranging from 20 attendees to 30,000 attendees.
You will work in a dynamic role where your day to day tasks will vary with the requirements of your team and your client base.

Term & Salary

• Initial 6-month contract with a view to extending further depending on performance & suitability.
• €25,000 Pro-rata plus bonus.

What will I be doing?

Your role will be to work with a dedicated client base to support and drive our product in that market sector. The role is quite diverse and challenging. You will have the opportunity to work with a broad customer base to help them achieve their event targets by using out ticketing and event registration tool.
This support will extend from event setup support, marketing support to product development feedback.
With your support our customer base will be supported in daily tasks and your feedback from customer requirements will help to shape future development of our product.

About you….

1) Level 8 qualification in business or marketing with 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
2) You will be customer focused.
3) Ability to work collaboratively in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
4) Proven track record in successfully managing multiple projects, communications, campaigns, or events simultaneously.
5) Strong Digital Marketing experience.
6) Ability to use Adobe suite a distinct advantage including Illustrator, Final Cut, Premier-Pro, & Photoshop.
7) Ability to work in a business-to-customer and a business-to-business environment
8) Competent in MS Office suite of Applications
9) You will have excellent planning and organisational skills, as well as the ability to liaise effectively with key sales and strategy stakeholders and be accountable for results.
10) You will demonstrate a keen analytical capability, and a solid understanding of the many moving parts involved in running an effective marketing machine.
11) Expert attention to detail.
12) Own transport and full drivers licence is an advantage.
13) Weekend work will occasionally be required.
14) Familiarity with organising events is an advantage.
