Sam Ohara fundraising for Pieta in Irish Life Dublin Marathon 2025
Hi everyone, My name is Sam O Hara & I’m running the Dublin Marathon this year in aid of Pieta House. Mental health is something that affects so many of us — either directly or through the people we care about. I’ve seen firsthand how tough things can get, and I’ve also seen how important it is to have support when you’re struggling. Pieta does life-saving work every single day, offering free therapy and crisis support to people who are feeling suicidal, self-harming, or just lost in the dark. That kind of help can be the difference between someone making it through or not — and no one should have to face that alone. Running 42.2 km isn’t going to be easy, but if it can help even one person get the support they need, then every step will be worth it. If you can spare anything at all — no matter how small — I’d really appreciate the support. And if you can’t donate, even sharing the link would mean a lot. Thanks a million, Sam
