Owner messages:

Well I made it this far. Unfortuately, injury stopped me 2 weeks before the start line. I wll start but running is no possible and walking is questionable. My sister reminded me its the journey. Since the 15th July things changed and that took a knock on my life but more so those I love. Big point is I managed to raise funds and comment on Suicide Awareness

Hamburg marathon completed. Went off the page here a bit. Still running in the background and raising funds. Getting their slowly. Less than 7 weeks before the run. Just need to keep pushing. Today is a big one "World Suicide Prevention Day". Not easy when this comes up. Dont like talking but talking we must

After the calf problems I managed to get 4 runs tied togehter. Not bad. Those runs total a full marathon. Unfortunately I need to complete the course in 7 hours :-) Ah well. Just need to keep on trucking. Keep it steady and dont listen to the voices in your head :-)

Ran in the garage of my office. Blew the left calf out. Dont know why. It was easy. Thinking it was the new trainers with 0 drop. This is not what I needed to start all this off. My interval run on the Tuesday was good. Maybe too good. Calf not happy
