Hi, this October I’ll be running the Irish Life Dublin Marathon and have chosen to make my miles mean more by running in support of The Bone Marrow for Leukaemia Trust. For patients undergoing chemotherapy and bone marrow transplants, the road to recovery is far longer and more gruelling than any marathon. The BMLT is the dedicated support charity for the National Adult Blood and Marrow Transplant Unit at St. James’s Hospital. They don’t just fund research; they provide the "wraparound" care that families desperately need during the toughest times of their lives and rely solely on donations. Any donation, no matter how small, would be very much appreciated and help make a real difference. Thank you so much!
