Deirdre Large fundraising for Alzheimer Society of Ireland in Irish Life Dublin Marathon 2025

I am so excited to be running the Dublin Marathon in 2025, raising funds for the Alzheimers Society of Ireland in honour of my parents Ida and Jack Ryan. As many of you know my parents lived the last 10 years of their lives with the ever changing effects of Alzheimers. It was a journey for them and for me, educating myself as best I could for this new role as caregiver. I'm honoured to support the Alzheimers Society I know so well. They provided me with information, support and tools so needed during that time. This Marathon charity bib allows me to give back but also bring back my parents ashes to Dublin where they were born and raised. I will run for them, for my Aunt Norah and my Grandfather George Knowles ❤️ Thank you for all your support!
