This year, I’m running the Irish Life Dublin Marathon and I’m raising money for a charity that is incredibly close to my family’s heart. As many of you may know, in 2013, my dad received a life-saving bone marrow transplant. We will never forget what that meant for our family - from the incredible generosity of that donor, to the wonderful medical team in the Denis Burkitt ward in St James’ Hospital and the BMLT for their unwavering support. This feels like a small way of giving something back. Every mile I run will be for the people currently waiting for a match, undergoing treatment, recovering and for the families standing beside them. If you’re able to support me with a donation, a share or even just some encouragement along the way, I’d be incredibly grateful. Thank you for all the support ❤️
