Activism and activity! Amnesty was holding a demonstration outside the US embassy to mark the Taoiseach's official visit to Washington, DC. I walked there from Dun Laoghaire and back!

I know, I know... I'm not great at updating this page. I'll do better from now on. This is my walk from yesterday. I've done that route a few times now - I'll post the rest of the training updates tomorrow. I will do this walk even if it kills me!
