This October, I’ll be taking on the Dublin City Marathon, and I’m doing it for a cause that truly matters—youth mental health. I’m running in aid of A Lust for Life, an incredible charity dedicated to empowering young people in Ireland with the tools and skills they need to protect and enhance their mental health from an early age. Mental health is something that has deeply impacted my own life. I’ve faced my share of challenges, and I understand first hand how crucial it is to have support, guidance, and effective tools to navigate difficult times. That’s why A Lust for Life’s mission means so much to me—they’re providing young people with the education and resources they need to build resilience and truly thrive. Running 26.2 miles is a huge challenge, but it pales in comparison to the challenges many young people face every day. That’s why I’m pushing myself, and I’d love your support.
