You have the option to make a donation to support "The Verida Project". Any extra contribution goes directly back into the programs you are taking part in, helping us deliver them sustainably and make them accessible to more people.
These donations help fund resources, outreach, and participation costs, and allow us to support individuals who may need assistance covering fees. If you have a few extra euros to spare, we would truly appreciate your support. If not, that’s absolutely fine — your participation alone already makes a difference.
Thank you for helping us help others.

Verida is a community-based mental health initiative dedicated to supporting emotional wellbeing across all stages of life, from childhood through adulthood. Verida focuses on early intervention, prevention, and practical support, recognising that mental health challenges often begin long before crisis point.
The project develops and delivers mental health programmes through education, research, creative engagement, physical activity, and community outreach. These programmes support children, teenagers, adults, and families by building resilience, reducing isolation, and improving mental health awareness in accessible, non-clinical settings.
A core part of Verida’s work is piloting new ideas and approaches at a community level, ensuring programmes are evidence-informed and shaped by lived experience. Verida also undertakes research into mental health trends, early-onset depression, and social influences on wellbeing, using findings to continually improve its work.
