Monday 8th of April, 18.30 to 21.30 (3hrs)
All Sports Leaders must complete the 3 hour Child Welfare & Protection Basic Awareness Course. This course helps participants understand the best practices and the protection of children involved in sport. The course lasts for 4 years before the certificate should be refreshed online. Safeguarding 1 is the compulsary Sport Ireland course as required by the Children First Act 2015.
