Event Managment Guide & Templates: Guidance and Q&A Session

Athletics Ireland will host an online  Zoom session designed to support event organisers, clubs, and other groups in developing high-quality, consistent, and compliant guidance documents and Event Management plans  for all your permitted events.

We have recently developed a comprehensive suite of event template documents to streamline planning, enhance safety, and ensure best practice across all Athletics Ireland–sanctioned events.

During this session, we aim to familiarise you with the full set of templates available, explain their intended use, and highlight how they can help you manage your event more efficiently. This workshop will provide clear guidance and practical insights to support your planning.

Two workshop dates are available—14 January 2026 and 21 January 2026—to accommodate different schedules. Please register for the session that suits you best. We look forward to supporting you in delivering safe, successful, and well-organised events throughout the year.
