Fit 4 Life every Wednesday evening, 7pm start.
- Fethard AC
- Wednesdays at 7.00pm.
- 8 weeks - Starting Jan 14th.
Fit 4 Life get active get running, all levels welcome, walk, jog or run, train at your pace
The fee for the 8 week programme is €40.
It is open to adults only, age 18+.
