The Munster Cyclo-cross Championships will take place on Sunday 18th December 2022

On-Line entry only between 09:00am Monday 05th December - 20:00 Friday 16th December 2022.

ELIGIBILITY FOR MEDALS
The Munster Provincial Championships is an open event however there are conditions on receiving medals. Championship medals will only be awarded to the riders who satisfy the following criteria:
(a) Belonging to a club / team based in the Province;
(b) Unattached and resident in the Province (proof of address required);
(c) Residency in the Province (proof of address required);
(d) Belonging to a club / team based outside Ireland but,
1) Immediate past address was in the Province or
2) Most previous Irish club / team was based in the Province.
Minimum number of participants for all Individual categories for a full set of Gold, Silver and Bronze medals is 6. If 4 or 5 participants, then there will be Gold and Silver Medals. If 3 or less participants, then there will be Gold only. Team Prizes to be contested if there are at least 3 teams of 3 riders from the same club in the Senior A Men’s RACE. There will be a combined Boys & Girls Team Prize for each underage event as they all race together (Gold Only) if they meet the minimum entry number. All team prizes can only be won by clubs/teams registered in Munster and be for teams of 3. Team prizes are decided on the lowest sum of the placings unless specified otherwise.
EQUIPMENT
Cyclocross style bikes only for the following categories:
(a) Senior / Jnr Women’s Race;
(b) Senior men, Junior, M40, M50, M60 Men Race.
There will be a tyre check for tyre widths (max. 33mm) for these races.

All races (riders) will finish on the same lap as the winner.
Pit Crew need to register at the registration TENT on the morning and will be issued with a valid PIT pass for the day. U16 OR OLDER ONLY ALLOWED IN THE PITS.
Limited water available at the Pits, Riders are advised to bring their own water supply.
