National 400

The route with less than 3,000m of climbing is likely the flattest 400 in the country. 

Aimed at first-timers and PBP / LEL hopefuls alike, navigation is straightforward and towns offering shops, cafes and garages for refuelling can be found at regular intervals along the route.

The route leaves Dublin heading south-west to Portlaoise; then south to Waterford; east to Wexford town before turning north toward home.

The event departs from Joe Daly Cycles in Dundrum at 7pm (19:00) sharp with sign-on commencing from 6:40 pm.

Closing Date for entries: Friday 19th May 2023.

The time limit for completing the event is 27h.

In line with Audax Club Parisien rules, front and rear lights are mandatory as is the wearing of reflective clothing while night-riding.

There will be no parking available at Joe Daly's.

In the week leading up to the event the organisers will send an information email to all participants incorporating parking information.

As with all audax events riders are expected to be self-sufficient.
