Tour de Burren 2025 will see riders choose from three routes that will take them through the Burren National Park and along the Wild Atlantic Way.
Located conveniently near Junction 14 on the M18 motorway, Barefield offers seamless access to the event, with participants encouraged to stay in nearby Ennis or make use of the camping area at Hassett's Field, Barefield.
The 2025 edition promises to build on last year’s success, offering three stunning routes through the Burren’s iconic landscape, ranging from 80km to 160km, with new scenery and fresh challenges in store.
As always, we promise breathtaking views, top-quality refreshment stops, and the renowned Clare welcome for all cyclists.

Join Burren Cycling Club for a relaxed and scenic 40km "Shakeout Ride" on Friday 20th June at 7:00pm, starting from Barefield. This gentle spin is the perfect way to loosen the legs, test your equipment, and meet fellow riders ahead of the Tour de Burren.
We’ll take in some of the region’s most iconic landmarks, including Father Ted’s House and the stunning Mullaghmore in the heart of the Burren National Park.
