Aqua Fit
Aqua Fit is an aerobic exercise class performed in the water. A range of equipment can be used to increase intensity. Set to music, it is the perfect low-impact workout appropriate for people of all ages and fitness abilities.
Important Information;
- 6 - Week Programme on Monday's at 9 am - 10 am starting 7th of July
- Each session involves a 45 to 60 min Aqua Aerobics session with certified instuctor.
- Tickets cost €25 (plus 7% processing fee per ticket) for 6 week admittance.
- Open to those aged 18 years and over.
- Please wear appropriate swim wear e.g. secure bikinis or swim suits to allow for movement
- Goggles are not required but are recommended.
- Bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated
