Aqua Céilí- Craic agus Ceol- Aquafit to Céilí Music.

Aqua Fit is an aerobic exercise class performed in the water. A range of equipment can be used to increase intensity. Set to Céilí music, it is the perfect low-impact workout appropriate for people of all ages and fitness abilities.

Important Information;

• 6 Week programme on Saturdays at 12.15pm to 1pm
• Starting Saturday the 17^th January 
• Each session involves a 45 minute Aqua Aerobics session with certified instuctor set to Céilí Music. 
• Tickets cost €25 (plus 7% processing fee per ticket) for 6 week admittance.No cash payments accepted.
• Open to those aged 18 years and over.
• Please wear appropriate swim wear e.g. secure bikinis or swim suits to allow for movement
• Goggles are not required but are recommended.
• Bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated
