Lakeshore Striders AC are proud to host the 18th running of The Lakes 10K. This fast 10k road race, around the Blessington Lakes, is a must try for any runner looking for their next challenge. Less than 30 mins from the M50, at the foot of the beautiful Wicklow Mountains.

In 2026 we are delighted to announce that The Lakes 10k will also act as the Wicklow County 10k Championship Race. So no matter where you are from, we encourage you to come down and challenge yourself against the best Wicklow has to offer!
