Adults 50+ Swimming Programme

We are inviting adults aged 50+ to come along and join us for a fun swim programme.

Get ready for an introduction to Swimming and everything it has to offer! Saying "Goodbye" to the old stereotypes surrounding Swimming. 

Important Information;

• 4  Week Programme on Thursdays @ 10am to 10:45am
• 24th September until 15th October

• Each session involves a 45min Swim session with certified instuctor and lifeguard.
• Tickets cost €20 (plus 7% processing fee per ticket) for 4 week admittance.
• Participants receive swim hats, menopause and swimming informational pamphlet and drawstring bag as part of booking.
• Please wear appropriate swim wear
• Goggles are recommended.
• Bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated.

Data submitted at time of booking will be shared with Meath LSP for reporting purposes.
