Dive into a healthier you with our 6-week Aqua Aerobics Classes at Kingfisher Swimming Pool at Kingfisher Fitness Club Tramore Waterford. The programme starts on Wednesday June 17th at 9:00am.

Get ready for an introduction to Aqua Aerobics and everything it has to offer! Saying "Goodbye" to the old stereotypes surrounding Swimming and Aqua Aerobics and take the evenings to bond with your fellow adults!

Important Information;

• 6 Week Programme on Wednesdays 17th of June @ 9am  - 10am
• Each session involves a 1 hours Aqua aerobics
• Tickets cost €36 for 6 week admittance.
• Open to those aged 18 years and over.
• Participants receive swim hats, swimming informational pamphlet and drawstring bag as part of booking.
• Please wear appropriate swim wear e.g. secure bikinis or swim suits to allow for movement.
• Bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated.
• Use of thermal suite (Hydro pool, steam room and sauna) after the class included.

Registration Fee: €36 for a 6-week programme
