Kildare-Ladies' Swim LAIT programme-closed to public- April 2026

NB- please note this swim programme is closed to the public. This is for residents of De Burgh House, Athy only. 

Dive into a healthier you with our 6-week-Learn to Swim programme at the Athy K-Leisure Swimming Pool starting on April 20th for 6 weeks. 

Join us for invigorating sessions designed to get you back in the water. Led by a certifed and experienced instructor, these classes offer a gentle approach to learning to swim as an adult. 

Please bring the following:

• Swimming Suit
• Hat
• Goggle
• Towel
• Water bottle

Please note that information gathered at the time of registration is shared with Sport Ireland, K Leisure, Kildare Sports Partnership and Kildare County Council Local Authority Integration Team for reporting purposes. 

NB- Please also note that when you tick the box for consent to photos being taken on this programme, this consent means that you consent to your photos being used for internal reporting purposed and social media platforms. 

Starting Monday 20th April 10am to 10.45am, every session promises a learning experience catered specifically for the group.
