Athletics Ireland in New York Saturday 31st January & Millrose Games February 1st 2026
Join us in New York City for a special weekend of athletics, celebration, and community as we host our first ever USA event, bringing together the Irish and American athletics diaspora.
The weekend begins with a casual dinner on Saturday 31 January, from 8:00pm until late, at the Redeye Grill, where we have a private room reserved for up to 50 guests. This will be a relaxed, social evening offering the opportunity to connect with fellow supporters of the sport.
We are delighted to welcome Eamon Coghlan as our guest speaker, and to celebrate the 40-year anniversary of the legendary Goal mile relay record with invited guests Ray Flynn, Marcus O’Sullivan, and Frank O’Mara.
On Sunday 1 February, guests will attend the iconic Millrose Games, one of the world’s premier indoor athletics meets.

Millrose Games ticket: $180 per ticket
The Millrose Games has a preferred rate at the Park Central Hotel, and many attendees are also staying at the Fitzpatrick Grand Central Hotel.
This promises to be a memorable weekend celebrating Irish athletics, past and present, in the heart of New York City.
