Registration for the Connacht Performance Squads 2025. This is for athletes who have been selected to be part of the Performance Squad.
The AAI Connacht Performance Squad 2025 is for athletes who have been selected to be part of the Performance Squad. Please register for your event, which will give you access to attend all 4 squad sessions.
This year's Performance squad will incororate testing on Day 1 and Day 4 along with a session appropriate to the training phase.
All athlete's coaches are encouraged to attend at to observe, question and network.
Performance squad details ( date and Location) are outlined below. Any changes / updates will be sent to the email provided when registering.
DAY 1- 4th October, Claremorris
DAY 2- 25th October, Claremorris
DAY 3- 15th November, Claremorris
DAY 4- 13th December, TUS, Athlone.
Specifc details and times will be emailed to registered athletes.
