Mother and Daughter Artistic Swimming Classes in Sean MacDermott Street Pool

Swim Ireland and Dublin City Sports and Wellbeing Partnership are excited to be growing and developing Artistic Swimming in the country, and these sessions are designed especially for improvers, swimmers who are already confident in the water or have previously taken part in courses.

Get ready for an introduction to Artistic Swimming and everything it has to offer whilst doing it together as a mother and daughter duo! Take the time to bond with your daughter in a special way. 

Important Information;

• 4 Week Programme on Sundays @11:30 to 12:20 
• From 23rd of October to 21st of December, 2025
• Each session involves a 50min of Basics Artistic Swimming Skills with certified instructor.
• Tickets cost €40 for both mother and daughter (plus 7% processing fee per ticket) for 4 week admittance.
• Daughters must be aged 8-18. 
• Please wear appropriate swim wear e.g. secure bikinis or swim suits to allow for movement
• Goggles are not required but are recommended.
• Bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated.

Participants requirements:

• Participants should be able to swim 25 meters on front and back.
• Comfortable in deep water.
