Swimmin' Women
We are inviting midlife females to come along and join us for a fun swim programme, that you haven't experienced before!
Get ready for an introduction to Aqua Aerobics and everything it has to offer! Saying "Goodbye" to the old stereotypes surrounding Swimming and Aqua Aerobics and take the evenings to bond with your fellow females!
Important Information;
- 6 Week Programme on Mondays 1st of December @ 1pm-2pm
- Each session involves a 45min Aquarobics and Swim Skills with certified instuctor
- Tickets cost €25 (plus 7% processing fee per ticket) for 6 week admittance.
- Open to those aged 18 years and over.
- Participants receive swim hats, menopause and swimming informational pamphlet and drawstring bag as part of booking.
- Please wear appropriate swim wear e.g. secure bikinis or swim suits to allow for movement
- Goggles are not required but are recommended.
- Bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated.
