Kildare- HE Swim Programme- Naas Feb 2026

We’re inviting men from Men's Sheds to join us for a fun men's swim programme- have some fun, get energised and challenge yourself in the process. ( Please note this is a closed group programme for men in Mens' Sheds Naas group). 

Get ready for an exciting introduction to swimming suitable for beginners and improvers, designed specifically for men. 

Important Information:

• 6-Week Programme on Tuesdays @2pm to 2.45pm. 
• Starting 17th February 2025
• Each session includes a 45-minute lesson with a certified instructor
• Course cost: €25 (plus 7% processing fee) for full 6-week access ( no cash payments accepted). 
• Open to men aged 18 and over
• Please wear secure swimwear suitable for movement
• Goggles are recommended
• Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated!
