AAI/ Athletics Leinster / Dublin athletics XC Performance squads 2024 ( selected athletes only )

AAI and Leinster athletics Cross country Performance Squad 2024 is for athletes who have been selected to be part of the Leinster cross country Performance Squad.This is also open to Dublin athletics athletes who placed top 12 at their county  XC championships in the 2023 season. Registration will give you access to attend all 3 squad sessions.Leinster Cross country performance squad details ( date and Location) are outlined below. Any changes / updates will be sent to the email provided when registering.

Day 1 - Abbottstown cross country cousre ( education session beforehand in the Pavillion room in Sport Ireland Campus ) - August 31^st 

Day 2- The Curragh- Scoil Bhride, Athgarvan, Curragh, Co. Kildare R56 A436 ( education session beforehand in Curragh campus national school )- September 21^st

Day 3- The curragh- Scoil Bhride, Athgarvan, Curragh, Co. Kildare R56 A436 ( education session beforehand in Curragh campus national school -October ^26th

Time- 10am-1pm ( Education session and 2 hour training session )
