Coach Network Day - Athlone2025

• Date - Sunday November 23rd  
• Time - 10:00am to 3pm 
• Location - TUS Athlone 

Athletics Ireland coaching and development team are delighted to be hosting a third Coach Network Day of 2025 in TUS Athlone on Saturday November 23rd.

This will be a day for coaches to learn, interact and engage with experts in the areas of coaching and athlete development. The day will feature presentations, event group discussions and opportunities to interact and engage with peer coaches.

• Daniel Kilgallon - Sprints Coach 
• Barry Pender - High Jump Coach  
• Adam McMullen - Long Jump Coach 
• Jack Hickey - S&C Theory and Practical session. 

Coaches and athletes demonstrating will choose one event from: Sprints, long jump or high jump. Then everyone can go to the S&C session after lunch. 

This network day is designed to help equip club coaches for athlete development.
