This year, Dublin Simon Community encourages participants to start fundraising efforts early. Raise at least €50 and you’ll earn a limited-edition Home Run T-shirt as a thank you. Aim for a €100 goal, with all donations supporting our essential life-saving services. 

The 5-kilometre loop is open to all ages and abilities, with past participants including schools, walking groups, wheelchair users, families with buggies, and elite runners. The first wave starts at 9.30am, with family and friends encouraged to cheer on participants along the route. By coming together in the spirit of community, we move closer to our shared goal: ending homelessness for good! 

Since its founding in 1983, the Home Run has raised vital funds to support Dublin Simon Community’s work across emergency response, wraparound services and long-term housing solutions.
