5 mile road race including a mile along the Grand Canal finishing on our tartan track in Lucan. Race Starts at 10am on the 7th of September.

Fast & Scenic Course – All Runners Welcome!
Take on a speedy route featuring a flat mile along the beautiful Grand Canal. Run on closed roads through Lucan and Adamstown, with brilliant crowd support along the way.
Open to all abilities – from international and club champions to Fit4Life runners.
Including the Dublin 5 Mile Championship – a highlight for competitive and community runners alike.
