6-Week Artistic Swimming Programme
Dive into the world of Artistic Swimming with our exciting 6-week programme.
When: Sundays, from May 11th to June 22nd
Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Please Note:
All participants must be between 8 or older. Able to swim 25 meters on their front, 25 meters on their back, and be comfortable in deep water. This programme is open to all genders.

What to Bring:
- All participants must bring a full water bottle
- Swim suit
- Swim hats (if you haven't received a pink/green Swim Ireland hat from the previous programme, please let our coach know).
- If you have a nose plug, please bring one, but this is not essential.
Whether you're new to Artistic Swimming or looking to build on your skills, this fun and engaging programme offers a great introduction to the sport.
