We’re inviting men to join us for a new kind of water workout: fun, energizing, and challenging, unlike anything you've experienced!
Get ready for an exciting introduction to Aqua Aerobics designed specifically for men.
Important Information:
- 8-Week Programme on Thursdays @ 12:15pm
- Starting 5th of March at DCU Sports Complex
- Each session includes a 45-minute Aqua Aerobics workout with a certified instructor
- Course cost: €30 (plus 7% processing fee) for full 8-week access
- Open to men over 20s
- Participants receive a swim hat and drawstring bag as part of booking
- Please wear secure swimwear suitable for movement
- Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated
